Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is one of the most common complaints reported during chemotherapy and radiation. Unlike ordinary fatigue, CRF is not fully relieved by sleep alone, but simple behavioral adjustments provide significant relief. • Low hemoglobin (anemia) resulting from treatment or disease. • Increased metabolic workload as the body repairs cellular tissues. • Reduced caloric intake due to temporary loss of appetite. • Disrupted sleep patterns or emotional stress. 1. Spread necessary household tasks throughout the day rather than doing them all at once. 2. Take 20 to 30-minute power naps in the early afternoon, avoiding prolonged daytime sleep that interferes with nighttime rest. 3. Counterintuitively, light walking for 15 to 20 minutes daily stimulates circulation, reduces muscle wasting, and boosts mood. 4. Ensure steady intake of warm water, soups, and protein-rich snacks like roasted chana or paneer.
